The master bedroom includes a plush king bed, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed. The upstairs bedrooms provide a cozy retreat with 2 single beds side by side and an additional queen bed in the bedroom across, all with complete linens provided. The living room serves as a central gathering space with a warm electric fireplace and a sofa bed for extra guests. The full kitchen is equipped with normal appliances, cookware, and a blender to handle all your culinary needs. Enjoy meals in the dedicated dining room, and take advantage of two full bathrooms stocked with essentials. The Ponderosa Suite at Ten Stone Lodge is located in a beautiful mountain setting where having your own vehicle is highly recommended for the best experience. We offer plenty of complimentary parking spaces right at the property, making it simple to come and go as you please. If you are flying into the area, Rapid City Regional Airport is the primary gateway and is about a forty five minute drive from our front door. Once you arrive, you will find that our location provides easy access to major roads leading to Mount Rushmore and Custer State Park, and you are welcome to use our provided bicycles for short trips into town.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please note that check in time begins at 16:00 and check out time is by 10:00. We kindly ask that you observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 06:00 to maintain a peaceful environment. Ponderosa is a non smoking property and we are unable to accommodate pets. Please be aware that this home is part of a lodge style property with two other units on site, so you may occasionally see other guests in the parking area or shared outdoor spaces. We provide ample free parking for your convenience and recommend having a vehicle for your travels in the Black Hills. While you have full private access to the home, we are always available via the booking platform or phone if you need any assistance during your visit.
